My Story

Reko lives and practices Massage Therapy and Breathwork in Victoria BC. He has been studying the healing arts for the past decade. Combining his understanding of the human body, functional exercise, and breath, he brings together a comprehensive scope for teaching and supporting others.

Reko is a Registered Massage Therapist, Bio-Dynamic Breathwork Facilitator, Men’s Work Facilitator, and a Ballroom Dance Instructor.
